REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any course hosted on Graphy.
By enrolling in any course, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. No Refund Policy (Standard)
All course purchases made through our website or through Graphy are final and non-refundable.
Since our courses provide immediate access to digital content, resources, and learning material, we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Lack of time or interest
Personal circumstances
Accidental purchase
Technical issues on the user’s device
Not being able to access the course due to incorrect login information
2. Course Access Issues
If you face any issue accessing the course:
Incorrect login
Enrollment not reflected
Payment processed but access not granted
Please contact us at moncerra.ai@gmail.com, and we will ensure your access is restored as quickly as possible.
3. Duplicate Payment
If a duplicate payment is accidentally made for the same course:
We will verify the payment from the backend (Graphy + payment gateway).
After verification, the extra amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days to the same payment method used.
4. Cancellation Policy
Once a course is purchased and access is provided:
Cancellation is not allowed
Enrollment cannot be transferred to another course
Enrollment cannot be transferred to another person
5. Technical Issues
If you face technical difficulties during checkout or payment:
The issue is often related to payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, etc.).
We recommend retrying with a stable internet connection or a different payment method.

6. Course Content Updates
We may update, add, or remove course modules, videos, or resources as part of content improvement.
These updates do not qualify for refunds or partial refunds.
